Nestled amidst the serenity of the countryside, the School Street Cabin offers a genuinely rustic retreat conveniently situated near both the Plumas and Tahoe national forests. This charming dwelling boasts a cozy 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath layout with an inviting open floor plan encompassing a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a relaxing lounge. The stunning, custom-built fireplace features locally sourced river rocks, adding to the cabin’s warm ambiance.
For larger groups or a unique experience, a bunkhouse is also available for rent alongside the main cabin. This delightful space sleeps seven and features three outdoor platforms, perfect for summer nights sleeping under the stars. Complete with a wood-burning stove, spacious lounge area, and a full bath. Guests can also marvel at the breathtaking views of the river and ravine. The bunk house offers two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed and a loft area containing three twin beds.
